炙甘草汤加减联合曲美他嗪治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of Zhigancao decoction combined with trimetazidine in treatment of slow arrhythmia

目的探讨炙甘草汤加减联合曲美他嗪治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 100例缓慢性心律失常患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。试验组采取炙甘草汤加减联合曲美他嗪治疗,对照组采取曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者心肌酶指标情况及临床效果。结果试验组治疗后乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为80%,试验组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炙甘草汤加减联合曲美他嗪治疗缓慢性心律失常临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Zhigancao decoction add and subtract combined with trimetazidine in treatment of slow arrhythmia. Methods A total of 100 slow arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group received Zhigancao decoction add and subtract combined with trimetazidine for treatment, and the control group received trimetazidine for treatment. Comparison were made on myocardial enzyme index and clinical effect between the two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had better lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, creatine kinase （CK） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST） than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had total effective rate as 96%, which was 80% in the control group, and the experimental group had better total effective rate than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Zhigancao decoction add and subtract and trimetazidine shows remarkable clinical effect in treating slow arrhythmia, and is worthy of promotion.
