Advances for Science and Technology Management System Reform of Ningxia

从充分发挥宁夏科技创新领导小组的职能、加快建立科学化规划化的科技项目管理机制、进一步强化宁夏科学技术创新服务职能、进一步完善宁夏财政科技经费管理制度、加快建设创新科技资源共享利用机制、加快完善宁夏科技评价和奖励制度、加快建立健全宁夏支持协同创新机制等7个方面阐述了推进宁夏科技管理体制改革的建议措施。

In this paper, advances for science and technology management system reform of Ningxia were analyzed from the aspects of bringing functions of sci-tech innovation leading group into full play, accelerating built of scientific and standardized management mechanism of sci-tech projects, strengthening sci-tech innovation and service, improving management system of sci-tech funds, accelerating built of sharing mechanism of sci-tech resources, improving system of sci-tech evaluation and reward, accelerating and improving mechanism of collaborative innovation.
