摘要 本文研究了黄秋葵种子的吸水特性及不同温度浸种对黄秋葵种子萌发的影响。结果表明:(1)黄秋葵种子的吸水率和相对吸水量分别在种子浸泡到6 h和8 h时达到最大,其值分别为0.43 g/h和72.44%,随后开始下降并趋于平缓,但吸水始终未停止,说明黄秋葵种子内部营养物质分解代谢启动快,在种子萌发期应保持充足的水分供应。(2)不同温度浸种对黄秋葵种子的发芽势和发芽率存在显著性差异(P<0.05),50℃水温处理时发芽势和发芽率达到最大,分别为97.5%和98.33%;当水温为70℃和80℃时,发芽势和发芽率出现明显的下降。因此,黄秋葵播种育苗过程中,适宜采用50℃的水温进行浸种处理。 In this paper, water-absorption characteristics and effect of different presoaking temperature on okra seed germination were studied. The results show that the water-absorption of okra seeds reached the maximum(0.43 g/h) after being soaked for 6 h and the relative soakage of okra seeds reached the maximum(72.44%) after being soaked for 8 h; the two indexes began to decrease gently. So okra could initiate the metabolism of internal nutrient and it was essential to maintain sufficient water supply during seed germination. The germination potential and germination rate of okra seeds had significant differences under different temperatures(P0.05). When water temperature reached 50 ℃, the germination potential and germination rate reached the maximum, respectively 97.5% and 98.33%. When the water temperature reached 70 ℃ and 80℃, the germination potential and germination rate decreased obviously. Therefore, soak seeds should be soaked at 50 ℃ during the sowing and seedling raising of okra.
