Construction and Exploration of Aviation Manufacturing Training Center

实践教学是理论联系实际的一个重要手段,是培养具有综合能力及高素质人才的重要环节。培养基础理论实、实践能力优、综合素质高的人才是本校的办学特色。实训中心不但能给学生提供最直接体验实践的教学平台,还是间接的与企业生产相结合的教学基地,是补充理论知识和巩固理论知识的重要途径,是提高教学质量和增强学生综合能力的根本保证。为了顺应当今社会的经济发展以及人才需要,根据本校实训中心情况,为培养出优秀的复合型人才,也为更好的与实践岗位接轨,我们发展出具有航空制造特色的实训教学平台,也为其他各大院校提供学习以及借鉴的经验。

Practice-oriented teaching is an important means of combining theory with practice and it is an important link in training personnel of comprehensive ability and high quality. Since the characteristics of our college are to cultivate personnel with strong basic theory,excellent practical ability and high comprehensive quality,the training center can not only provide the students with the practice teaching platform which is also the indirect school-enterprise teaching base where the theoretical knowledge is supplemented and consolidated,but also guarantee the improvement of the teaching quality and strengthening of the students' comprehensive ability. In order to adapt to the development of social economy and meet the need for personnel,according to the situation of our training center,we establish a teaching platform with characteristics of aviation manufacturing so as to cultivate interdisciplinary talents.At the same time,we hope to provide reference for other universities.
