野生黑果枸杞资源形态类型划分初步研究

Preliminary Study on Morphotype Classification of Wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr.

以黑果枸杞野生资源调查和核心种质材料的收集为目的,开展了野生黑果枸杞形态学描述与形态类型鉴定的研究。通过对26个生态区野生黑果枸杞形态学的调查发现,树体和果实性状的变异程度高于叶片和花性状。可考虑选择花青素含量、单株产量果数、果柄长度、平均单果质量、株高5个性状作为黑果枸杞类型划分的主要指标,将黑果枸杞自然类型初步归纳为:大果高秆集中成熟型、小果高秆集中成熟型、大果矮秆集中成熟型、小果矮秆集中成熟型、大果高秆分批成熟型、小果矮秆分批成熟型、大果矮秆分批成熟型、小果矮秆分批成熟型8个自然变异类型和特异种质白果枸杞2个自然变异类型。

In order to carry out investigation of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr. and collection of core germplasm materials, a study on morphological description and morphological identification of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr. were carried out. The results showed that the variation of tree and fruit traits was higher than that of leaves and flowers. Anthocyanin content, signal plant yield, stock length, average fruit weight and plant height were the main indexes of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. type division. The natural types of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. were preliminarily summarized as natural variation types including rods mature and mature, small fruit rods mature and mature, large fruit dwarf concentrated mature type, small fruit dwarf concentrated mature type, large fruit high set of mature, small fruit dwarf batches mature, large fruit dwarf batch mature type and small fruit dwarf batch mature type, and natural variation types including specific germplasm Lycium ruthenicum Murr.
