摘要
校本培训是促进教师专业持续发展的有效途径之一。随着我国基础教育新一轮课程改革和教育信息化的不断推进,社会对教师自身的能力提出了更高的要求。学校仅凭借自己的师资力量来开展传统的校本培训很难满足目前教师素质的发展需求。鉴于以上情况,笔者课题组结合大量调研,建构出网络平台环境支持下校本培训模式,旨在解决传统校本培训中的不足,从而培养教师全面、系统的教育教学能力。该模式分别从应用范围、组成要素、要素之间的关系以及模式的运行原理四个方面进行阐释。
School-based training is one of the effective ways to promote the teachers’ continuous professional development.With the constant advancement of the new round of curriculum reform and education informationization in China’s basic education,the society has higher requirements on the teachers’ own abilities.Traditional school-based training carried out only by the schools’ own staff is difficult to meet the current development needs of the quality of teachers.In view of the above situation,we construct a school-based training model supported by the network platform environment on the basis of a large number of surveys and studies.The aim is to overcome the shortcomings existed in the traditional school-based training so as to cultivate teachers’ comprehensive and systematic education and teaching abilities.This model is explained from the following four aspects:the scope of application,the components,the relations among the components and the operational principles of the model.
