苜蓿切叶蜂筑巢规律初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Nesting of Megachile rotundata Fabricius

苜蓿切叶蜂是苜蓿种子田高效传粉昆虫,研究其田间筑巢规律对于释放、回收及扩繁具有重要意义。本试验研究了不同方位、不同颜色巢板对苜蓿切叶蜂蜂茧回收率的影响。结果表明:采用进口绿黑巢板,选择东南方向放置,适宜于苜蓿切叶蜂筑巢和田间回收。

Megachile rotundata Fabricius is a kind of insect pollinates efficiently in alfalfa seedbed and the study on its regular pattern of nesting in the field plays an important role in release, regain and propagation of Megachile rotundata Fabricius. The effect of nesting boards of different orientations and colors on regain rate of Megachile rotundata Fabricius was studied in the test. The result showed that black-green imported nesting board toward the southeast suited for nesting and regain in the field of Megachile rotundata Fabricius.
