歼击飞行员血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、尿素氮检测的临床意义 被引量:4

Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of Serum Cystatin C, Serum Creatinine and Urea Nitrogen in Fighter Pilots

摘要 目的:了解歼击飞行员血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平及其临床意义。方法:采用乳胶增强比浊法、苦味酸法、酶两点动力法测定歼击飞行员及地勤人员血清Cys C、Scr、BUN浓度。结果:歼击飞行员与地勤人员各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);二代机飞行员与三代机飞行员各项指标比较,血清Cys C及Scr差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三代机飞行员BUN比二代机高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:+Gz对高性能战斗机飞行员的肾脏有一过性功能损害,血肌酐尿素氮联合血清胱抑素C检测对评价歼击飞行员的肾功能有积极意义。 Objective: To investigate the levels of serum indexes and to clarify the clinical significance in fighter pilots containing serum cystatin C(Cys C), serum creatinine(Scr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN). Methods: The levels of Cys C, Scr and BUN in fighter pilots and ground crews groups were detected by latex enhanced turbidimetry, picric acid method, and enzyme two-point kinetic method respectively, and the levels between two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between the fighter pilots and ground crew(P>0.05).The levels of Cys C, Scr were not significantly different between the two generation pilots(P>0.05). However, BUN of the third generation pilots was significantly higher than the second generation pilots(P<0.05). Conclusion: +Gz could cause transient impairment to the kidney of high performance fighter pilots. Combined detection of Scr, BUN and Cys C may be positive to evaluate the renal function of fighter pilots.
