摘要
随着科学技术的发展,环状RNA越来越受到人们的关注。由于其特殊的环状结构,环状RNA比线性RNA更加稳定,普遍存在于真核细胞中,具有一定的调控功能。研究表明,环状RNA与多种肿瘤的发生、发展及预后相关,可能成为一种新兴的肿瘤生物标志物。简要阐述了环状RNA的特点、功能及其与多种肿瘤间的关系。
With the development of technology, circular RNAs(circRNAs) are getting more and more attention.Because of their special structure, they are more stable than their linear isoforms, and therefore can be used as potential biomarkers. Circ RNAs exist abundantly in animal cells, and several researches indicate they are related to cancer genesis, cancer development, and cancer recurrence. This review focused on circ RNAs' characterization,function and its relationship with cancer.
