摘要 为了满足流水线生产对保险杠的规格、流量、固化时间等要求,同时提高生产效率,设计一套汽车保险杠自动输送及储存系统。系统以三菱PLC为核心控制器,采用RS232串口通信协议,实现数字化控制。阐述该系统的软、硬件设计原理,系统动作过程,顺序功能图以及关键技术的实现。该系统已投入运行,运行效果较好,解决了汽车保险杠储存和运输过程中储存量小、储存时间短、机组式连接、灵活性差,以及型号匹配容易出错等问题。 In order to meet the requirements of the production line on the bumper specifications,flow,fixed time,and improve production efficiency.a car bumper automatic transmission and storage system was designed.The system takes MITSUBISHI PLC as the core controller,Using RS232 serial communication protocol to realize digital control.The hardware and software design of the system,the action process of the system,the sequence function diagram and the realization of the key technology is introduced in detail in the paper.This control system has been put into operation,and it runs as well as anticipated,and the problems of small storage,short storage time,poor connection,poor flexibility and error-prone models matching the car bumpers during storage and transportation were solved.
