概述了煤气化烧嘴的工作原理和分类,详细论述了目前工业应用中最典型的水煤浆气化烧嘴和粉煤气化烧嘴的结构。针对当前煤气化烧嘴在实际运行过程中存在使用寿命短的问题,从设计制造、材料和操作运行3个方面提出了建议。
The operational principle and classification of the coal gasification burner aresummarized. The structure of the most typical coal water slurry gasification burner and pulverized coalgasification burner in industrial application is discussed in detail. In order to improve the service life ofthe burner in operation process,some suggestions are put forward from design and manufacture,material and operation.
