贵烟8号在盘县示范种植研究

Demonstration Planting Study of Guiyan 8 in Panxian County

[目的]验证贵烟8号在盘县烟区是否有推广价值。[方法]2014—2016年连续3年在盘县同一片区域种植贵烟8号,与当地主栽品种云烟87进行比较,分析研究2个品种的生育期、农艺性状、抗病性、经济性状等。[结果]在盘县贵烟8号大田生育期与云烟87基本一致,留叶数20~23片,株型较高,叶形为短宽叶形。贵烟8号的综合抗病性优于云烟87,对黑胫病、青枯病和普通花叶病抗性较强;对赤星病抗性较弱,大田后期病株率在50%以上;对气候斑点病的抗性优于云烟87,但易感白粉病。经济性状方面,除病害较重的2016年外,贵烟8号产量比云烟87高278.55~523.80 kg/hm^2,产值比云烟87高8 965.95~11 848.95元/hm^2。[结论]贵烟8号适宜在盘县推广,但要控制好赤星病和白粉病。

[Objective]The value of Guiyan 8 in the tobacco area of Panxian County was confirmed. [Method]In the third consecutive year( 2014-2016),Guiyan 8 was planted in the same area in Panxian County,compared with the local main cultivar Yunyan 87,the growth period,agronomic characters,disease resistance and economic characters of the two varieties were analyzed and studied. [Result]The growth period in field of Guiyan 8 was basically the same with Yunyan 87,the number of remained leaves was 20-23,the plant hight was higher,and the leaf shape was short and wide. The comprehensive resistance of Guiyan 8 was better than that of Yunyan 87,and the resistance to black shank,bacterial wilt and tobacco mosaic disease was stronger. The tobacco brown spot was weak,and tobacco brown spot was more than 50 %in late field. The resistance to climate fleck was better than that of Yunyan 87,but susceptible to powdery mildew. In terms of economic characters,the yield of Guiyan 8 was 278. 55-523. 80 kg/hm^2 higher than that of Yunyan 87,and the output value was 8 965. 95-11 848. 95 yuan/hm^2 higher than that of Yunyan 87. [Conclusion]Guiyan 8 is suitable for promoting in Panxian County,but to control the brown spot and powdery mildew.
