摘要
以济南市历下区为例,以2009年的高分辨率Quickbird影像和Landsat TM影像为主要数据源,结合其他数据,运用机会成本、市场价值等经济学原理,以Arc GIS软件为平台,建立城市绿地生态价值定量评估模型。结果表明,城市绿地的生态总价值为1.25亿元,其中土壤保持价值为949.93万元,固碳价值为2 356.11万元,热岛缓解价值为5 151.30万元等,模型最终结果以货币的形式展示城市绿地的生态价值,从而为城市绿地规划及城市生态环境改善提供定量化的科学依据。
Taking Lixia District of Ji'nan City as the study area,combining high-resolution Quickbird images and Landsat TM images with other ancillary data in 2009,by using the principle of opportunity cost,market value of economics,using Arc GIS software as a platform,a city greenbelt ecological evaluation model was established. The results showed that the total ecological value of urban green space was 125 million yuan,of which the value of soil conservation is 949. 93 million yuan,the value of carbon fixation was 235. 511 million yuan,the value of heat island is 515. 130 million yuan. The final result of the model showed the ecological value of the urban green space in the form of money,thus providing a quantitative scientific basis for the planning of the urban green space and the improvement of the urban ecological environment.
