化学因子对蓝曼龙精子活力的影响

摘要 [目的]探讨不同浓度KCl、Na Cl、Ca Cl2、Mg Cl2溶液对蓝曼龙精子活力的影响。[方法]选取成熟蓝曼龙雄鱼,解剖取5期性腺,匀浆后获得组织液,在显微镜下观察不同浓度KCl、Na Cl、Ca Cl2、Mg Cl2溶液对精子活力的影响。[结果]当KCl浓度为0.5 g/L时蓝曼龙精子活力最高,精子活力为245 s,浓度高于0.5 g/L时,精子活力逐渐下降;Na Cl浓度为0.4 g/L时蓝曼龙精子运动时间最长,精子活力为103 s;Ca Cl2浓度为0.4 g/L时,蓝曼龙精子活力最高,精子活力为26 s;Mg Cl2浓度为0.3 g/L时,蓝曼龙精子活力最高,精子活力为20 s。[结论]该研究可为蓝曼龙的人工繁殖提供参考。 [Objective]The effects of different concentrations of KCl,Na Cl,Ca Cl2 and Mg Cl2 solutions on the sperm motility of Trichogaster trichopterus were studied. [Method]The study chose mature male fish of T. trichopterus,dissected five stage gonad,the tissue fluid was obtained after homogenate. The effects of different concentrations of KCl,Na Cl,Ca Cl2 and Mg Cl2 solutions on the sperm motility were observed under the microscope. [Result]When the potassium chloride concentration was 0. 5 g/L,the sperm motility was the highest,sperm motility was 245 s,and the sperm motility decreased when the concentration was above 0. 5 g/L. The sperm motility was the longest when the concentration of sodium chloride was 0. 4 g/L,the sperm motility was 103 s. When the concentration of calcium chloride was 0. 4 g/L,the activity of T. trichopterus sperm was the highest,sperm motility was 26 s. When the concentration of magnesium chloride was 0. 3 g/L,T. trichopterus sperm had the highest vitality and the sperm motility was 20 s. [Conclusion]The study provided reference for artificial reproduction of T.trichopterus.
