泰州地区犬冠状病毒病流行病学调查与防治研究

Epidemiology and Prevention of Canine Coronavirus in Taizhou Area

[目的]调查泰州地区犬冠状病毒病流行病学与治疗方法。[方法]对泰州地区2年内426例犬冠状病毒临床病例进行分析。[结果]犬冠状病毒病一年四季均可发生,泰州地区3—5月与10—12月为发病高峰期;发病年龄主要集中在11月龄以下未免疫犬或免疫失败犬,其中以1~5月龄发病率最高;不同品种的幼犬均可被犬冠状病毒感染;未免疫的幼犬对犬冠状病毒的易感性很高;泰州地区犬冠状病毒病的总体治愈率约为80.05%。[结论]该研究可为泰州地区犬冠状病毒病的防治提供参考。

[Objective]Epidemiology and treatment of canine coronavirus was investigated in Taizhou area.[Method]426 cases of canine coronavirus were analyzed for 2 years in Taizhou area.[Result]Canine coronavirus can occur in the whole year. Mar.-May and Oct.-Dec. were peak periods of occurrence; Infected canines mainly was below 11-month non-immune or immune failure puppies. Incidence rate of 1-5 month canine was the highest; Different varieties canine can all infect coronavirus. Non-immune puppy was susceptible to canine coronavirus. Cure rate of canine coronavirus was 80. 05% in Taizhou area.[Conclusion]The research can provide reference for controlling canine coronavirus in Taizhou area.
