摘要
[目的]研究充氮气调和低温储存应用到成品卷烟杀虫上的可能性。[方法]通过维持卷烟储存的低氧环境(O2浓度<2%)、低温环境(4~5℃)30 d及以上时长,考察充氮和低温对成品卷烟储存期烟草甲虫的防治效果。[结果]充氮气调和低温储存可完全杀灭带包装材料成品卷烟内部各个虫态烟草甲虫,并且对卷烟质量及各类理化指标无明显影响。[结论]该研究可为成品卷烟的杀虫及预防工作提供参考。
[Objective]To study the possibility of applying nitrogen gas and low temperature storage to the insecticide of finished cigarettes.[Method]The effects of nitrogen and low temperature on tobacco beetle storage during storage period were investigated by maintaining a low oxygen environment in a cigarette storage(O2 concentration less than 2%),low temperature(temperature was more than 4 ℃ and less than 5 ℃)environment for more than or equal to 30 days. [Result]It could completely kill the various insect state of Lasioderma Serricorne inside the finished cigarette with packaging materials. And had no significant effect on cigarette quality and physical and chemical indicators.[Conclusion]The study can provide a reference for the insecticidal and preventive work of finished cigarettes.
