This paper is to analyze the problems and point out the necessity of laboratory accreditation. Through the exploration of the laboratory accreditation for the Roasted chicken,fuliji style,it integrated the laboratory functions,strengthened personnel training and the provision of key positions,established a documentary quality management system and intensified the supervision of accredited laboratories' operation. These work will also provide more security guarantee for the quality and safety of Roasted chicken,fuliji style.
