摘要
[目的]研究灵芝中As、Hg、Pb、Cd 4种重金属的含量。[方法]利用微波消解法对灵芝样品中As、Hg、Pb、Cd这4种金属元素一次消解,再对处理好的样品采用原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光光谱法分别测定灵芝中4种金属元素的含量。[结果]灵芝中As、Hg、Pb、Cd平均含量分别为0.208、0.033、0.725、0.338 mg/kg,均低于《中国药典》中重金属限度值。[结论]该方法简单可行,为灵芝中As、Hg、Pb、Cd的含量测定提供了可靠的检测方法,也为灵芝质量标准的制定提供了科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the contents of four kinds of heavy metals(As,Hg,Pb,Cd) in Ganoderma lucidum.[Method]Microwave digestion was used to digest four kinds of metal elements As,Hg,Pb and Cd in Ganoderma lucidum samples. At the same time,the contents of four metal elements in Ganoderma lucidum were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Result]The average contents of As,Hg,Pb and Cd in Ganoderma lucidum were 0. 208,0. 033,0. 725 and 0. 338 mg/kg,respectively,which were lower than the limits of heavy metals in"Chinese Pharmacopoeia".[Conclusion]The method is simple and feasible,which provides a reliable method for the determination of As,Hg,Pb and Cd in Ganoderma lucidum and provides a scientific basis for the formulation of Ganoderma lucidum quality standard.
