摘要
胶原性胃炎（collagenous gastritis,CG）是一种罕见的疾病,以黏膜上皮下胶原带的沉积和黏膜固有层内炎症细胞的浸润为特征,其发病机制与临床转归尚不明确.第1例CG于1989年报道[1],目前英文文献报道仅60余例,国内2010年报道1例[2].现对本院发现的1例CG进行分析,报道如下.
