摘要
目的探讨埋伏阻生恒牙正畸牵引后牙根吸收的程度。方法在确诊的23例患者中,使用正畸方法成功牵引29颗埋伏阻生恒牙,通过X线片检查对其治疗前后,牙根吸收程度进行观察和评估。结果在29颗成功牵引出的埋伏阻生恒牙中,有半数牙的牙根均可观察到不同程度的牙根吸收,但吸收程度在2 mm以内。结论埋伏阻生恒牙由于萌出道闭合,颌骨内所在位置特殊,在助萌牵引过程中移动范围较大,使用正畸方法成功治疗后可能会发生一定的牙根吸收。
Objective To investigate the degree of impacted teeth root resorption after orthdontic treatment.Methods 23 patients with impacted teeth,including 29 impacted teeth after successful orthdontic treatment,observing and evaluating the teeth root resorption by X-ray film.Results Half of the teeth had varying degrees of root resorption.Conclusion Because of the closure of eruption path the poor location in maxilla or mandible long moving range result in impacted teeth root resorption after orthdontic treatment.
