摘要 以多甲醚硼酸酯、三乙二醇单甲醚和三乙二醇单丁醚为主要原料,配合少量的防腐添加剂、pH调节剂等制备了一种硼酸酯型机动车辆制动液,并对其各项指标按照GB 12981—2012标准中HZY6单元要求进行测试。测试结果表明:制动液的平衡回流沸点为265.7℃,湿平衡回流沸点为191.4℃,-40℃低温运动黏度为598.8 mm/s^2,其余各项指标均能满足HZY6和HZY5要求。 A motor vehicle brake fluid was prepared through selecting tri(triethyleneglycol monomethyl ether) borate, triethyleneglycol monomethyl ether, triethyleneglycol monobutyl ether as the main materials and adding a small amount of preservative additives and pH modifier as the supplementary materials. And its quality indicators were tested according to the standard of HZY6 unit in GB 12981-2012. By testing, the typical indicators of the motor vehicle brake fluid are as follows: the equilibrium reflux boiling point is 267℃, the wet equilibrium reflux boiling point is 199℃, the low 2temperature kinematic viscosity at -40℃ is 598 mm/s , and the other indexes can meet the requirements of HZY6. In addition, all of its quality indicators can meet the HZY5 requirements simultaneously.
