南京拟以"文学之都"名义申请加入联合国教科文组织"创意城市网络"(以下简称"申都"),虽然南京在中国文学发展、文学事业和产业、全民阅读、文学"走出去"方面具有诸多优势,但仍存在对评审标准理解不够深入、相关国际交流较少和启动较晚等不足。因此,我国城市应谨慎"申都"并注重"申都"类型选择,将"申都"工作与国家文化发展趋势紧密结合,注重国内外创意城市建设差异,加强国际文化交流,推进申报与建设同步发展。
