摘要 我国服装业突破当前的转型困境,需要尊重市场,在经营各环节充分发挥市场的决定性作用。要号准市场脉搏,严格管理,着力提升产品品质;加大研发投入,运用互联网整合生产、管理和销售;走以市场为导向、短周期、有文化特色的设计之路;增强服务意识,推进线上线下一企一策;构建体现扁平化管理的市场服务平台;加强以文化为引领的品牌建设。政府和社会组织各方面应协力营造有利于服装业转型突破的市场环境。 China’s apparel industry faces difficulties in transition breakthough. It is necessary to stick with marked-oriented principle and give full play to the decisive role of the market in all operational aspects. The industry should follow the market trend, conduct strict management, focus on improving product quality, increase R & D investment and integrate production, management and sales by applying internet method to complete the process of market-oriented, short cycle, cultural design features. The whole industry also needs to enhance service awareness and promote “individual strategy of individual enterprise” for online and offline enterprises; building a market service platform that reflects flat management; and strengthening brand building led by culture. The government and social organizations should work together to create a market-oriented environment conducive to a breakthrough in the transformation of the apparel industry.
