摘要 煤矸石的硅铝质成分是建筑材料的重要组成,在建筑材料有较广泛的应用;利用煤矸石代替页岩制备水泥生料的工程试验,制备出了率值为KH:0.940±0.020、SM:2.55±0.10、IM:1.75±0.10的水泥熟料;煤矸石硬度大,对立磨磨辊磨蚀严重;带入的有害成分易导致预热器结皮严重、窑系统热工制度恶化。应采取应对措施,监测控制质量。 The silica element of coal gangue is an important component of building material, which is widely applied in building material. The engineering experiment replacing shale with coal gangue in clinker production obtained the clinker, whose KH is 0.940±0.020, SM is 2.55±0.10 and IM is 1.75±0.10. The hardness of coal gangue is high, which badly abrades the roller of vertical mill. The harmful ingredient brought by coal gangue can lead to severely coating in preheater and worsening the thermal regulation of kiln system, which need to be taken action and detected for quality control.
