摘要
深井阳极地床凭借接地电阻低、地表干扰小、电流分布均匀等优势,已广泛应用于管道阴极保护工程。但目前深井阳极地床施工属于一次性工程,经常由于各类因素导致地床接地电阻过大而报废,不符合相关标准要求的使用寿命。可更换式深井阳极地床能够解决这一难题,通过分析可更换式深井阳极地床施工技术现状,提出发展方向及技术思路,尽快完成更换式深井阳极地床的工程应用,实现对阳极、电缆等重要部件的周期性维护或更换,避免地床报废重建,达到降本增效的目标。
The deep anode groundbed has been widely used in pipeline cathodic protection engineering for the advantages of low grounding resistance, small interference on the surface and uniform current distribution. But at present, the deep anode groundbed belongs to one-time project, which is often scrapped due to too large grounding resistance for the various factors, so the groundbed’s service life doesn’t meet the relevant standards. The replaceable deep anode groundbed could solve the above problem to avoid the reconstruction of the abandoned bed and achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing benefits, by analyzing on the technique status, presenting the development direction and technical ideas, completing the field applications as soon as possible, achieving periodic maintenance or replacement of the anode, cable and other important parts.
