依托海洋石油平台的实海腐蚀试验系统研制与应用

Development and Application of Corrosion Experiment System Based on Offshore Jacket Platform in the Ocean

为开展实海腐蚀环境调查和试验,利用海洋石油平台独有的优势,设计了实海腐蚀试验系统,可搭载各类测量设备及测试试样,快速、方便地实现不同水深层的布放和回收,并在南海海域的两个石油平台上开展了实海试验,结果证明该系统安全可靠、成本低,获取了预期的试验成果。

To study the corrosion of steel materials experiment and environment investigation in the ocean, utilizing offshore jacket platform of independence advantage, the corrosion coupon hanging system was developed. It can install all kinds of measure equipments and corrosion coupons at one time and was released and recycled the different depth of the water quickly and easily, and was carried out the experiment in two offshore jacket platforms in the south of the sea, it showed that this system was safe, reliable, low cost and can be obtain the desired results.
