From the concept, type and design feature of children′ s knitted sweater, the paperanalyzed deeply to the ornament design of children′ s knitted sweater, whose beauty-appreciation andadditional value were recognized in decoration design. Application method of children′s knitted sweaterdecoration design was discovered as the main part from pattern decoration, addition decoration andorganization structure decoration. In the end, the effect of decoration to the children′s knitted sweater wassummarized. Through the excavation and exploration of children′s knitted sweater decoration, new designmentality of knitted sweater was found, putting up theory basis for knitted sweater designer, having realitysignification.
