摘要
产品对标技术已广泛应用于新产品设计开发和行业竞品分析。结合汽车产品对标方法流程,分析了纯电动汽车动力电池系统对标各阶段的技术内容。针对电池系统机械结构、电气和热管理3个设计方向的设计要点,重点介绍了测试对标和拆解对标的研究项目。建立系统规范的电池系统对标技术有助于快速积累产品开发经验,对于电池系统新产品设计开发和先进样品对标分析具有一定的指导意义。
Benchmarking technology has been widely used in new product development and the industrial competition. Each step of benchmarking for electric vehicle battery pack is analyzed combined with the flow of benchmarking method. Focused on the design key points such as mechanical structure, electronics and thermal management, this paper introduces the projects of testing benchmarking and disassemble benchmarking. Establishing the benchmarking for battery pack is helpful to quickly accumulate the development experience, providing the guideline for new product design and advanced prototype benchmarking.
