摘要
"一带一路"战略为我国导游人才提供了前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。在有关"一带一路"的旅游服务和交流过程中,导游人才将面临复杂的旅游环境和多样化的旅游产品等多方面的挑战。在"一带一路"背景下,我国导游人才的胜任力模型包括职业形象、文化知识、职业技能和个人特质四个维度的12个特征。文章通过问卷调查并运用SPSS18.0进行因子分析,验证了"身心健康"、"信息技术能力"等12个胜任力特征的合理性,并在此基础上构建了与"一带一路"战略相适应的导游人才胜任要素体系,从而为我国旅游企业导游人才绩效管理和旅游院校导游人才培养工作提供参考。
"The Belt and Road Initiative" has brought development opportunities and challenges to China's tour guides. In the tour services and exchanges along "The Belt and Road", security issues are complicated, cultural conflicts can hardly be avoided, tourism products are numerous and complicated, and the tourists origins are diversified. The competency model of tour guides should be matched with the special working conditions. Under the background of "The Belt and Road", the competency model of tour guides in China includes 12 characteristics of four dimensions: self-image, cultural knowledge, professional skills and personal characteristics. Through the questionnaire survey and using SPSS18.0 to carry on the factor analysis to the survey data, rationality of these 12 competencies characteristics, such as "impression management", "information technology ability" has been verified scientifically. With this competency model, tourism companies can better manage their staffs and tourism colleges can adjust their talent cultivation mechanism to educate students that are urgently needed by "The Belt and Road Initiative".
