展望未来,《国家集成电路产业发展推进纲要》明确提出,到2020年,我国集成电路产业与国际先进水平的差距逐步缩小,全行业销售收入年均增速超过20%,企业可持续发展能力大幅增强。移动智能终端、网络通信、云计算、物联网、大数据等重点领域集成电路设计技术达到国际领先水平,产业生态体系初步形成。16/14 nm制造工艺实现规模量产,封装测试技术达到国际领先水平,关键装备和材料进入国际采购体系,基本建成技术先进、安全可靠的集成电路产业体系。展望到2020年,我国集成电路产业规模全面实现《推进纲要》和"十三五"规划目标产值9 300亿元。

Looking forward to the future, the outline for the development of the National IC industry has clearly put forward that by 2020, the gap between China＇s IC industry and the international advanced level has been narrowed down. The annual sales growth of the whole industry will exceed 20%, and the sustainable development capacity of the enterprises will be greatly enhanced. Integrated circuit design technology such as mobile intelligent terminals, network communications, cloud computing, Internet of things, big data has reached the leading level in the world, and the industrial ecosystem has initially formed. 16/14 nm manufacturing process achieves mass production, packaging and testing technology has reached the leading level in the world, and key equipment and materials have entered the international procurement system, and basically built an advanced, safe and reliable integrated circuit industry system. Looking ahead to 2020, we will realize the ＂Outline＂ and ＂13th Five-Year＂ to promote the planning target value of 930 billion yuan scale of China＇s IC industry overall.
