The securitization of water conservancy assets is one of the main measures of market financing and establishing the mechanism of steady growth of water conservancy investment,and it is an important way to promote the structural reform of investment and financing of water conservancy.The main problems in the process of advancing the PPP model are analyzed.The basic concepts of asset securitization and the types of securities are introduced,and the necessity and feasibility of securitization of water conservancy assets are systematically analyzed.The overall design of securitization of water conservancy assets is carried out.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the securitization work of water conservancy assets are put forward.
