深入推进水利供给侧结构性改革的对策措施

Countermeasures for deep promotion of supply-side structural reform of water conservancy

分析了供给侧结构性改革对水利提出的新要求,结合水利供给侧改革发展的现状以及存在的问题,重点围绕补齐补强水利发展短板、优化水资源配置结构、改善水利投资结构、增加生态产品有效供给、增强水利管理和服务能力等方面,提出当前和今后一个时期深入推进水利供给侧结构性改革的对策措施。

The new requirements of water conservancy under the supply-side structural reform are analyzed.Combined with the current situations and existing problems of the development of supply-side reform of water conservancy,some countermeasures are put forward to further promote the supply-side structural reform of water conservancy at present and in the future from the following aspects:filling and strengthening the short board of water conservancy,optimizing the allocation structure of water resources,improving the investment structure of water conservancy,increasing the effective supply of ecological products and enhancing the management and service capabilities of water conservancy.
