Quickening supply-side structural reform,adding new power into water conservancy development in Jiangsu Province

针对江苏水利现状,分析推进供给侧结构性改革的现实意义,指出当前推进改革的重点任务:将农村水利作为基本立足点,将生态建设作为重要关切点,将创新改革作为主要着力点,并提出需要把握的总体要求。

With regard to the current status of water conservancy in Jiangsu Province,the significance of promoting the supplyside structural reform is analyzed.The key tasks are put forward as follows:the farmland water conservancy is the basis,the ecological establishment is the important part,and the innovation is the highlight.The general requirements are also proposed.
