Water resource management in Yunnan Province under supply-side structural reform

贯彻落实中央和云南省加快供给侧结构性改革的决策部署,加快推进水资源供给侧结构性改革。用改革的思路和手段,创新水资源管理、节水型社会建设和水生态文明建设体制机制。提出供给侧结构性改革中水资源管理的对策措施,扎实有效地推进云南省最严格水资源管理,促进争当全国生态文明排头兵建设,为全面建成小康社会提供水资源支撑和保障。

To implement the Chinese Central Government's and Yunnan Province's decisions and plans to accelerate the supplyside structural reform,the water resource management under the supply-side structural reform is promoted.Based on new thoughts and measures,a new system for improving the water resource management,building the water-saving society and the water ecological civilization is innovated.The strategies and measures for water resource management under the supply-side structural reform are put forward in order to promote the most stringent water management in Yunnan Province and to strive for the leading development of the national ecological civilization in China so as to provide water resource support for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in Yunnan Province.
