摘要
通过正交试验确定了C25建筑垃圾多孔混凝土的优化配合比,并对其性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:预制净浆法搅拌工艺能更均匀地包裹集料颗粒;设计孔隙率和建筑垃圾取代率是影响建筑垃圾多孔混凝土力学性能和透水性能的主要因素;低水胶比条件下,水胶比对其性能的影响程度较小;标准养护28d的多孔混凝土透水性能、力学性能等良好;慢冻法不适宜用作多孔混凝土耐久性能的评价,应针对多孔混凝土的结构特性,重新选择其抗冻性能的衡量指标及方法。
Through the orthogonal test, the optimum compounding ratio of porous concrete by C25 building waste is determined, and its performance is tested. The results show that pre-mixed slurry mixing process can wrap aggregate particles more evenly; Design porosity and construction waste substitution rate are the main factors that affect the mechanical properties and water permeability of porous concrete in construction waste; Compared with the performance of porous concrete, the porous concrete has better water permeability, mechanical properties and so on.The slow-freezing method is not suitable for the evaluation of the durability of porous concrete. The structural properties of porous concrete should be re-selected measures of freezing performance and methods.
