通化理论计算对比分析了湿坯体静停的必要性,成型后的湿坯静停一段时间,让其在进入人工干燥室前先脱除一部分水分,再用窑尾余热干燥,既能满足坯体人工干燥的要求,又节能减排。
Through the theoretical calculation, the necessity of static placing of the wet brick is compared and analyzed. After the wet brick has been formed, it places for a period of time to allow it to remove some moisture before entering the drying chamber, which can meet the requirements of artificial drying and reduce energy consumption and emission.
