摘要
通过对51名农村留守儿童的体育锻炼实验研究发现,体育锻炼对农村留守儿童的主观幸福感提升具有积极促进作用。建议学校、体育教师及家长应通过共同努力,积极提升农村留守儿童的体育锻炼意识及技能,进而有效促进农村留守儿童主观幸福感的提升。
We found that physical exercise has a positive role in promoting the subjective well-being of left behind children in rural areas, which through the experimental study of 51 rural left behind children's physical exercise. It is suggested that schools, physical education teachers and parents should work together to enhance the awareness and skills of physical training for left behind children in rural areas, so as to promote the improvement of subjective well-being of left behind children in rural areas.
