摘要
绿色矿山建设是"生态优先"国家战略在矿业领域的具体体现,是我国矿业的发展方向,煤炭绿色矿山建设是绿色矿山建设的重要内容之一,然而其建设标准与评价指标当前仍处于探索阶段。通过对国内外绿色矿山建设研究现状、我国《关于加快建设绿色矿山的实施意见》、《国家级绿色矿山基本条件》、部分省市绿色矿山建设要求以及部分研究学者关于绿色矿山研究成果的认真解读梳理,归纳总结了绿色矿山建设要求的共性和差异性,在此基础上,结合我国煤炭行业特点和《煤炭行业绿色矿山建设要求》,初步探讨了煤炭绿色矿山建设的"14化"标准及其基本内容,并建立了评价指标,以期不断研讨完善。
Based on seriously unscrambled and teased domestic and international research status of green mine construction, Implementation suggestions on speeding up the green mines construction, Basic requirements for national green mines, green mine construction requirements of some domestic provinces and cities and research results from some scholars, the paper summarized the consistency and difference of green mine construction requirements, prelimilary discussed the 14 standards and their evaluation index of green coal mine based on the characteristics of China＇s coal industry and Requirements for green coal mine construction.
