耐热普通白菜新品种夏苏青的选育

A New Heat Tolerant F_1 Hybrid of Pakchoi—— ‘Xiasuqing'

夏苏青是以两个自交不亲和系苏-1-3-1-3-4-2-3、广-7-11-4-6-9-3-1为亲本选育而成的耐热青菜一代杂种。叶深绿色、卵圆形,叶柄绿色,生长速度较快,耐热性好,适合在夏季播种,30 d(天)生长期平均株高14 cm,开展度26cm,叶片数12.4片,最大叶片长17.5 cm,叶宽7.2 cm,平均单株质量40 g,夏季30 d(天)生长期每667 m^2净菜产量可达1 271.0 kg。适合在江、浙、沪地区夏季栽培。

‘Xiasuqing' is a heat tolerant pakchoi F_1 hybrid developed by crossing 2 inbred lines of ‘Su-1-3-1-3-4-2-3' and ‘Guang-7-11-4-6-9-3-1'.Its leaf is dark green in color and of oval shape.Its leaf stalk is also green in color.It can grow with faster speed.Its tolerance to heat is excellent,so it is suitable to be sown in summer.Thirty days after sowing,the average plant height can reach 14 cm with 26 cm plant width and 12.4 leaves.The maximum leaf length is 17.5 cm and leaf width is 7.2 cm.The average single plant weight is 40 g.In summer,its yield of net vegetable can reach 19.1 t·hm^(-2) during 30 days of growing period.It is suitable to be cultivated in summer in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai areas.
