基于GIS的区域间自然灾害脆弱性对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Natural Disasters Vulnerability Between Regions Based on GIS

自然灾害造成了严重的社会影响和经济损失,为准确把握我省各地区自然灾害时空分布特征,在2010年、2013年、2014年陕西省陕北地区和陕南地区自然灾害灾情数据的基础上,结合数理统计分析方法,对两区域的自然灾害特征进行对比分析,并对其灾害脆弱性进行评价.结果表明,研究区域的受灾人口、直接经济损失是影响自然灾害脆弱性的直接因素,同时农作物受灾面积也是影响自然灾害脆弱性的间接因素.陕北、陕南地区自然灾害脆弱性具有明显的时空分布差异性,自然灾害脆弱性较高的地区主要分布陕北地区南部和陕南地区东部.

Natural disasters cause serious social and economic losses,we must accurately grasp the spatial and temporal distributions of natural disasters in the regions of our province.Based on the data of natural disasters of northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi in the years of 2010,2013,2014,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of natural disasters between the regions and evaluates their vulnerability by combining mathematical statistics and analysis methods. The results show that the affected population,the direct economic losses directly affects the vulnerability of natural disaster,the area of affected crops is the indirect factor of natural disasters vulnerability. The spatial distributions of vulnerability to natural disasters in northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi are significant difference,and the more vulnerable area mainly distributed in the southern part of northern shaanxi and the eastern part of southern Shaanxi.
