《园冶》载"时宜得致,古式何裁",要继承并传承中国传统特色,不忘初心。世界园林博览会之园中园将园林的生态效益、社会文化艺术效益和中国特色、地方风格及乡情融为一体。应某地方人民之约,从立意、相地、明旨、布局的思路出发,立意主题"天香华梦",对某地方园作了创新摸索。中华以诗言志,诗意化象。中国园林艺术特色景面文心。诗画藉文言志,山水以形媚道。

Yuan Ye advocates ＂to keep pace with the times and take proper ancient style＂, and it is necessary to inherit and carry on Chinese traditional features and be faithful to the original aspiration. The local gardens in the Horticultural Expo Park integrate the ecological, social, cultural and artistic benefits of gardens with Chinese features, local styles and nostalgia. As invited by the people of a certain region, the theme of ＂Osmanthus Scent in Chinese Dream＂ is created from the thinking of conception, site selection, goal confirming, and layout, and the creation of the local garden is innovatively explored. The Chinese use poems express their ambitions and aspirations and the actual image is poetically conceptualized. It is the special feature of Chinese landscape art that the literary implication is embedded within the landscape design. Poems and paintings use words to express the aspirations, while landscape architecture uses forms to express the ideas.
