基于技术和机制创新的节约型村庄绿化思考--以江苏省为例

Thinking of Conservation-oriented Village Landscaping Based on Technology and Mechanism Innovation—A Case Study in Jiangsu Province

村庄绿化是绿色江苏建设的重要潜力和重点方向,节约型绿化是推进村庄绿化的必然选择。总结了近年来江苏省村庄绿化的实践做法,针对存在的问题,从生产力和生产关系的角度初步提出了节约型村庄绿化的概念。同时立足于江苏省实际,系统地阐述了节约型村庄绿化应坚持的基本原则,以及节约型村庄绿化需要重点解决的实施主体、村民参与、环境整治、配置模式和经营机制等问题。

Village landscaping is an important part of Green Jiangsu project, and conservation-oriented development is a general trend in village landscaping. The practice of Jiangsu village landscaping in recent years was summarized, and the concept of conservationoriented village landscaping from both productivity aspect and production relations aspect was put forward in this paper. Based on the actual situation of Jiangsu Province, the fundamental principles of conservation-oriented village landscaping were expounded. The key points which need to be solved such as implementing entities, villagers＇ participation, village environment cleaning, greening pattern, operating mechanism were also systematically discussed.
