摘要
为了研究杭来湾煤矿3~#煤层开采过程中煤自燃危险区域的判定依据,利用大型煤自然发火实验台,模拟了该煤层从常温到170℃的自然发火过程,确定了其实验最短自然发火期为52 d。测算了耗氧速率与放热强度等煤自燃特性参数,掌握了最小浮煤厚度、下限氧浓度和上限漏风强度等极限参数。结合现场实际开采条件,提出了预防3~#煤层自燃的临界参数,为该矿煤自燃防治提供了重要的理论依据。
In order to study the judement basis of coal spontaneous combustion dangerous area in the mining process of 3~#coal seam in Hanglaiwan coal mine,using the large coal spontaneous combustion experimental table,the process of coal spontaneous combustion from normal temperature to 170 ℃ was simulated,the shortest spontaneous combustion period was determined,the characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion such as oxygen consumption rate and exothermic intensity were measured,and the limit parameters of minimum floating coal thickness,lower oxygen concentration and upper air leakage strength were mastered. Combining with the actual mining conditions,the critical conditions for preventing 3~# coal spontaneous combustion was confirmed,which can provide an important theoretical basis for the prevention of coal spontaneous combustion.
