摘要 针对目前煤矿制浆系统存在的部分问题,深入研究了制浆系统除渣及回流工艺,实现自动排除废渣、优化浆液回收工艺、高效清理废渣功能。解决了原工艺存在的耗费人工、卫生条件差,浆液回收工艺复杂、耗能高、磨损大、易引发电机浸水事故、室外清理废渣费时费力等问题。 Aiming at the existing problems in coal grouting system,the slagging and refluxing process of the pulping system was studied deeply,the functions of automatic remove of waste residue,optimization of slurry recovery process and efficient cleaning of waste residue were achieved,and the problems existing in the original technology,such as too many personnel,poor hygienic condition,complex process of slurry recovery,high energy consumption,large wear,easy to cause motor immersion accidents,and difficult to clean outdoor waste residue,were solved.
