摘要
液压支架是综合机械化采煤工作面配套的重要设备,对煤矿安全生产起着至关重要的作用。为了有效提高液压支架检修效率和检修质量,降低故障率,根据神东煤炭集团公司大采高综采工作面掩护式液压支架使用情况,总结了液压支架的日常检修维护和常见故障处理方法。
Hydraulic support is an important part of the fully mechanized mining face,which plays a vital role in the coal mine safety production. In order to improve the maintenance quality and maintenance efficiency of hydraulic support,According to the use of the shield type hydraulic support for the fully mechanized mining face with large mining height in Shenhua Shendong Coal Group,the daily maintenance and maintenance of the hydraulic support and the common fault treatment methods were summarized.
