Coal has always been the main source of energy in China. Although China is rich in coal resources, for coal is anon renewable resource, so coal needs scientific and standardized mining and use. Fully mechanized cavingpreferred technology for thick coal seam,can effectively achieve the goal of improving the capacity and mine. The paper analyzes the application of fully mechanized caving mining technology.
