钻井废弃物随钻固化和钻井液一体化处理研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前吉林油田环保钻井采用的是废弃物不落地收集与集中处理模式,该模式有较强的适应性及较好的处理能力,但随着技术不断发展,其弊端逐渐显现。一方面,废弃物中可继续使用的钻井液约占排放总量的1/3,直接无害化处理这些钻井液既造成了资源浪费,又增加了处理成本;另一方面,处理后的废弃物不能妥善安置,容易引发多重污染;因此,提出钻井废弃物随钻固化和钻井液一体化处理的新思路。通过试验研究,该技术可提高钻井液利用率,达到降本创效的目的,固化后的废弃物浸出液能满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级排放标准要求,固化物的抗压强度超过1.5 MPa,可用于铺垫井厂及道路,获得了较好的社会效益及经济效益。 At present, the environmental drilling technology in Jilin oilfield adopts the no landing collection and centralized processing mode of waste. It has stronger adaptability and better handling capacity, but with the development of technology, its drawbacks are gradually emerging.On the one hand, the drilling fluid that can continue to be used in waste accounts for about 1/3 oftotal emissions. Direct harmless treatment of these drilling fluids not only causes resource loss and waste, but also increases the cost of processing. On the other hand, the treated wastes are not properly disposed. This paper puts forward new ideas with drilling waste solidification and processing drilling fluid integration, through the experimental research, the technology can improve the utilization rate of drilling fluid, achieve the goal of a waste leaching solution after curing, meet the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" GB 8978-1996 two emission standards, the compressive strength of more than 1.5 MPa. Curing substance can be used for bedding plant and Wells Road.This technology has good social and economic benefits.
