摘要
油田含油污泥给油田生产和发展带来一定的危害,影响到油田的正常生产和生活,港西油田率先开展了含油污泥调剖技术研究,并获得成功,取得了明显的增油降水效果。低含油污泥即污水处理系统污泥经脱水处理后可用于制备颗粒型调剖堵水剂,这拓宽了调剖堵水技术的使用范围,也解决了因污泥堆放而污染环境的问题。通过两项技术的研究及现场配套实施工艺,不仅实现了油田含油污泥的整体资源化利用,而且可提高油田的开发效果、降低生产成本,缓解了含油污泥给生产造成的影响,该技术具有一定的推广价值和应用前景。
Oil sludge from oil field brings some harm to the production and development of oil field and affects the normal production and life of the oil field. The Gangxi oil field takes the lead in carrying out the research of oil sludge flooding technology which obtains success and the obvious effect of increasing oil and precipitation.In order to solve the problem of sewage sludge pollution,it is used to prepare granular profile control and water shutoff agent, which can be used in the treatment of sewage sludge. Through the study and field application of the two technologies, not only the overall resource utilization of oily sludge is achieved but also the effect of oilfield development is improved, production cost is reduced and the effect of oily sludge on production in alleviated. This technology has a certain popularization value and application prospect.
