摘要
水平井技术是低渗透油田有效开发途径之一,在油田开发过程中发挥重要作用。受井身结构限制,采用抽油机举升存在整筒泵下入困难,杆、管偏磨严重,流压高、系统效率低等问题。为实现水平井产能充分发挥,探索应用电潜柱塞泵技术,克服了抽油机举升的不足。在保证水平井生产的基础上,实现平均单井日节电78 kWh,直接节电效益为48.97万元,节约初期投资74.2万元,节约运行成本54万元,取得较好的节电效果,控投资效果显著,且检泵周期较长,实现特殊水平井的正常投产。
The horizontal well technology is one of the effective ways of development in low permeability oilfield. It plays an important role in the development of oil fields. With the limit of the structure of the horizontal well, there are some problems during the adoption of pumping unit to lift such as the difficulty of falling into the barrel pump, serious eccentric wear of rod and tube,high flowing pressure, low system efficiency etc. In order to improve the deliverability of the horizontal well, the application of electric submersible pump overcomes the weakness of well pump units. On the basis of assuring the normal production of horizontal well, annual daily electricity saving achieves 78 k Wh, direct electricity-saving benefit is $ 489,700, saving of initial investment is $ 742,000, operating cost saving achieves $ 540,000. Better energy-saving effect is achieved and the control effect of investment is remarkable. Also, the pump inspection period is prolonged and normal production of special horizontal wells is realized.
