生物膜中活性菌株的分离纯化及抑藻活性研究

摘要 对防污漆表面细菌黏膜进行分离纯化,并对分离纯化的6种活性菌株进行发酵,制得发酵液并离心获得上清液。以中肋骨条藻为受试浮游藻类,采用活性菌株发酵液及上清液对其进行抑藻试验的研究。研究结果表明,细菌发酵液对中肋骨条藻的抑制作用要稍弱于其上清液的抑制作用,6种细菌对中肋骨条藻表现出的抑制作用大小为:Aureobasidium pullulans HN最强;其次为Bacillus cereus和Pseudoalteromonas;Exiguobacterium indicum、Exiguobacterium acetylicum和Kytococcus sedentarius抑制作用相差不大。 The bacterial mucosa on the surface of the antifouling paint was extracted and purified,and the obtained six kinds of active strains were fermented to obtain a fermentation broth. And the supernatant was obtained by centrifugation. Skeletonema costatum was used as the planktonic algae,and the algal growth inhibition test was carried out by using six active strain fermentation broth and supernatant. The research results showed that the inhibitory effect of bacterial fermentation broth on Skeletonema costatum were slightly weaker than that of the supernatant. The inhibitory effects of six kinds of bacteria on Skeletonema costatum were as follows :Aureobasidium pullulans HN was the best,followed by Bacillus cereus and Pseudoalteromonas while the inhibitory effects of Exiguobacterium indicum,Exiguobacterium acetylicum and Kytococcus sedentarius were similar.
